Washouts in Premier Youth League but Sutherland proves exception

The true value of the Tiger Turf surface at Seymour Shaw Park was once again shown last weekend as it was the only venue at which the scheduled matches could go ahead in the Premier Youth League. All other matches will have to be rescheduled.

Results of Round 12 between the Sutherland Sharks and Manly United were:
Under 13: Sutherland Sharks drew 2 all
Under 14: Sutherland Sharks won 4 - 1
Under 15: Sutherland Sharks lost 1 nil
Under 16: Sutherland Sharks drew nil all
Under 18: Sutherland Sharks lost 3 - 1

Next Saturday May 30, the Sutherland Sharks Premier Youth League teams travel to Gabbie Park to take on the strong Blacktown City Club. The matches begin with the under 13s at 9am.
