Making a dream come true

Natalija Voc’anec has always wanted to run her own dream business and today with her passion for fine art she has established Le’pota Art and Design online art gallery offering original art works for sale and for lease.

It also offers a vast range of different interior and exterior design services.

The desire to run her own business, Natalija says, was always in her blood and led her into a history of varied business backgrounds including hospitality, health services and even to operating her own fine jewellery business.

Still, she admits, along the way she incurred several detours, but in the past three years her art has travelled the road with her and has led to six successful solo and group art exhibitions.

Born in Austria to Slovenian parents Natalija came to Australia in 1975.

And just what is Le’pota Art and Design all about? Well, it’s about helping you make a profit on the sale of your property and in taking the hassle out of renovating, and it’s also about creating an environment that you will love as well as surrounding yourself with beautiful things.

Le’pota, she says, is a Slovenian word for “beautiful”.

Natalija says an interior designer can establish a desirable look for your property and increase the value of the property and for that matter your business, and not forgetting your quality of life.

She also says that in creating an improved look for your property, the ‘would be’ purchaser can become captivated in the first few seconds which makes the first impression so crucial.

Then there’s the question of whether or not your business is really conveying the image you want. Again, Natalija says, first impressions are important for your customers.

Le’pota Art and Design is geared to help you create the right image including décor, floor plans, internal and external design and even the uniforms of you and your employees.

Natalija suggests that a change is as good as a holiday and at Le’pota Art and Design they believe your home is your temple and it is important to treat it that way.

“Le’pota Art and Design can help you create your own temple by helping you to co-ordinate your furnishing, colour schemes, lighting and the overall appeal of  your abode,” she says.

Saving time and money

By going on line Le’pota Art and Design show you exactly what Natalija and other selected artists can provide.

The region’s first online art gallery with Le’pota Art and Design offers its works for sale or for lease with leasing contracts available on both a short and long term basis.

Natalija says that leasing is a practical solution for impacting your décor at work or home without any immediate outlay, and you also have the chance to enjoy a work and then choose to purchase it or even change your selection.

What’s more, she says, from a business point of view it is a fully tax deductible option of creating an element of originality in your workplace. “ A striking piece of fine art may be exactly the type of lift needed to enhance your office décor,” she says.

You can either call Natalija on 0414 829 548 or go online - simply log onto www.lepota.com.au - you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
